Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, perfect ocean view from room. Convenient location without noise. Excellent experience with friends.

The hotel offered a great location, right on the beach. This was convenient for enjoying the beautiful views and easy access to the sand and sea. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop sun deck, which was a hidden gem. It provided a quiet and peaceful spot to relax and dry off dive gear away from the crowds on the beach.

One aspect that wasn't ideal was the lack of hot water. Throughout my stay, there was only cold water available for showers, which was a disappointment.

I recently stayed at Playa Maya By Mij - Beachfront in Playa del Carmen for a week-long beach vacation. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Miguel, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was small but well-equipped, with Wi-Fi available everywhere and a delicious breakfast served promptly. The view of the Caribbean Sea from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking.

The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the friendly smiles and excellent service of Pedro at breakfast to the helpfulness of Alejaudra and Antonia at the front office, I felt truly welcomed and taken care of. The basic amenities provided were all I needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms with an ocean view were simply breathtaking. I loved waking up and seeing the Caribbean Sea right outside my window. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from Pedro's smile and service at breakfast to Alejaudra's assistance throughout our stay. Antonia was always there to help with any TV issues, and Guadalupe did an amazing job cleaning our room and making towel animals. The manager, Samanya, was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Great beachfront location, close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. Phenomenal complimentary breakfast.

The staff were quiet, efficient, and always made sure everything was tidy. The best part was the location, just one block off 5th avenue, making it easy to walk everywhere. The beach was beautiful, with a section of pristine sand to access the ocean. The restaurant in the hotel served incredible food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel for a well-maintained, clean, and boutique-style beachfront experience.

As vegetarians, we loved the breakfast options, including fresh fruit and eggs/pancakes. The staff was helpful and set up beach chairs for us.
